We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for any other reason other than a defective product, misprint or wrong order received. We may ask for pictures of the product in question. Since our merchandise is made to order, we cannot be held accountable for you ordering the wrong size. Please check the size measurements on the product descriptions of each product.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will either replace the defective product or refund the price of the product. The final decision to replace or refund the product will be made with consideration of the customer’s request. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please contact us.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
